They deliver experiences that are measured against excellence, from concept to completion.The Field Marketing Director (FMD) leads the strategic development and execution of field marketing programs across national, regional, and distributor partner networks. This full-time leadership role is ideal for a seasoned, operationally strong marketer who can translate brand goals into successful real-world experiences. You’ll oversee multi-market field operations, manage a hybrid team of full-time and freelance Field Managers (FMs), and serve as a key partner to both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional collaboration, logistical fluency, and the ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs with accountability, precision, and creativity.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, planning, and execution of national and regional field marketing programsManage $4M+ in annual revenue across multiple clients and program verticalsRecruit, train, and oversee a blended team of full-time and freelance Field ManagersTranslate national brand objectives into market-specific activation plansPartner with distributors and regional sales teams to support programming and drive impactCollaborate with internal teams (Production, Creative, Client Services) to align on deliverablesOwn budgets, manage a team of field managers, and ensure they are delivering to agency+ client expectations, forecasting for all field programsDevelop SOP’s and training systems to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellenceOversee field tools and processes, including scheduling, reporting, expense tracking, and payroll inputsAnalyze and present campaign KPIs, insights, and toplines to clients and stakeholdersRepresent the agency with professionalism and confidence in all client and partner meetingsQualifications & Requirements7–10 years of marketing experience, with 4+ years in field or experiential leadership rolesExperience overseeing spirit-based programming preferredProven experience managing teams across multiple regions and clientsComfortable overseeing multi-million-dollar field budgets and staffing plansAbility to build client and distributor relationships that foster program successExperience training peers and subordinates while monitoring the team’s resulting outputStrong communication skills across presentations, reporting, and day-to-day updatesProficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM and project management toolsAvailable for regular travel and weekend/night activations as neededBackground in spirits, CPG, or lifestyle brands preferredThis position is based in the Metro NYC areaBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Multiple plan options with telemedicine accessGenerous PTO & Paid Holidays – Prioritizing work-life balanceLife & Disability Insurance – Company-paid options for added securityHSA & FSA Plans – Tax-advantaged savings for healthcare and dependent careEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) – 24/7 confidential support servicesProfessional Development – Ongoing training and leadership growthWellness Perks – Gym discounts, wellness programs, and moreWhy Choose UsAt Pronghorn, we don’t offer jobs — we offer impact.
