This role is part of Sevan’s program management team and serves as an extension of the client, overseeing general contractors, architects, and vendors across multiple restaurant projects.\nThe Project Manager will manage multi-site restaurant rollout projects, including both ground-up construction and remodel programs, supporting regional or national development initiatives and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.\nLocation: Candidates must reside in Houston, TX or the surrounding area, and travel 50 - 75% to projects across the region. Remote based when not traveling.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage multiple QSR ground-up construction projects simultaneously across a regional territory\nOversee preconstruction activities, including bidding, contractor coordination, permitting, and scheduling\nAct as the owner’s representative, coordinating between franchisees, general contractors, architects, and vendors\nMonitor project progress to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are achieved\nReview construction documents, scopes of work, and contractor proposals\nManage change orders, budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting\nLead punch list completion and project closeout\nProvide regular project reporting and proactive risk management\nQualifications:\n5–10 years of construction project management experience\nExperience managing restaurant, retail, or multi-unit rollout construction programs\nQSR or commercial kitchen construction experience strongly preferrerd\nProven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects\nStrong working knowledge of construction management platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Buildertrend, or similar\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced rollout environment\nAbility to travel 40–60% regionally\nAbout Sevan\nSevan Multi-Site Solutions is a veteran-owned business that provides construction, program management, real estate & site development, and architecture & engineering services for restaurant, grocery, fuel and convenience store, retail, and government sectors nationwide.
