The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of RTLS technology, industry standards, and best practices. This role will report directly to the RFID SME, involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of RTLS solutions that meet business needs and objectives.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For: Provide expert guidance on RTLS technology, including, implementation, and optimization.\nDevelop and maintain RTLS standards, procedures, and best practices.\nLead RTLS device installation, configuration, and support RTLS device integration into Shipcom software solutions.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective RTLS solutions.\nConduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and system assessments to determine optimal RTLS configurations.\nTroubleshoot and resolve RTLS-related issues and provide technical support as needed.\nStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to RTLS.\nTrain and mentor team members as required.\nPrepare reports, documentation, and technical specifications as requested.\nQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
