In this role, you will be the backbone of our company's financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain seamless financial workflows, supporting our commitment to transparency and compliance.This in-office position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in corporate accounting, and financial software systems within a collaborative environment dedicated to growth and excellence.Job Description· Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals in Business Central.· Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments.· Review and validate freight invoices, including reconciliation of charges and preparation ofallocation schedules in Excel.· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.· Maintain organized AP files and records.· Assist with month-end closing and support the finance team as needed.· Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general office support.· Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.· Coordinate with external vendors for office and facility needs.· Perform other general administrative tasks as required.Preferred Qualifications:· 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or administrative support.· Experience using Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a small company environment.· Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.· Able to work under regular daily pressures and meet deadlinesCompensation & ScheduleThis is an hourly in-office position with a flexible schedule. The role is built around an 8‑hour workday and supports work–life balance, such as flexibility for family responsibilities.Time Off & HolidaysEmployees start with 14 days of PTO with up to 40 hours eligible for carryover. The company offers 8 paid holidays.Career GrowthAccounts Payable is the primary focus of the role, with opportunities to improve processes and create capacity for advancement. Front desk duties are a minor component, involving minimal calls and visitor traffic.
