Job DescriptionOversee all day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and onsite personnel to maintain schedule and quality standardsDevelop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to ensure project milestones are achievedEnforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsConduct daily site walks to monitor progress, workmanship, productivity, and quality controlCollaborate closely with Project Managers to address RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logisticsLead subcontractor meetings and communicate expectations related to schedule, safety, and performanceIdentify and proactively resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays to minimize project disruptionMaintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and project recordsEnsure all work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and local building codesCoordinate inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities to ensure a successful project closeoutBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
