{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"99283147df22caccb18afbea","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/99283147df22caccb18afbea","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/99283147df22caccb18afbea","title":"Amazon Connect Developer","description":"*Job Title: *Amazon Connect Developer\n\n*Job Responsibilities:*\n\nNextGen is seeking an experienced Amazon / AWS Connect Developer with fluency in design and development principles\nto work with stakeholders developing enterprise business solutions leveraging industry processes and best practices.\n\n● Design, develop and implement AWS Connect processes to include new or modifications to applications, forms,\nworkflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support client\nprocesses.\n● Provide recommendations for enhancing existing operations and provide recommendations for new updates or\nmodifications.\n● Support and enhance existing processes based on new requirements or upgrades.\n● Facilitate requirements gathering, review and document requirements.\n● Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n● Ability to obtain and maintain an SSA Public Trust Suitability clearance is required.\n● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.\n● 7 years of experience working with large enterprise framework.\n● 7 years of hands-on experience working with AWS Cloud platform.\n● 3 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon Connect.\n● 3 years of experience using Node.js, Python or Java for development.\n● 3 years of experience in designing call routing & messaging.\n● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.\n● Solid AWS Cloud and AWS Connect Developer experience.\n● Extensive experience and knowledge with IVR, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Skill-Based Routing, Live Chat\n● Experience with process flow documentation creation.\n● Experience with Lambda, Lex Conversational, Bots/NLP, Kinesis Streams, Glue, VPC, SMS (Simple Notification\nService), AppSync, EventBridge, Kinesis Firehouse, DynamoDB Streams, Service Catalog, Kinesis Data\nAnalytics\n● Strong verbal and written communication skills.\nDesired Qualifications:\n● Adept at working independently, but also in a team environment.\n● Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions in a fast-paced, deadline driven enterprise environment\n● Excellent understanding of change management, testing requirements, techniques, and tools to ensure high\navailability of systems.\n● Prior Federal government experience.\n● Self-starter, highly motivated individual who adapts to a dynamic work environment.\n● Strong attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.\"\n\nPay: $52.00 -
