This role is responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, supporting clinical teams, and delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare or behavioral health operations, with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) settings and a passion for improving outcomes for individuals with autism and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesOversees daily operations of the ABA practice, supporting both high-quality service delivery and strong business performance.Manages scheduling, staffing coordination, and caseload flow to improve client access, staff productivity, and efficient use of authorized hours.Partners with clinical leadership to align staffing and service delivery with operational goals, client needs, and financial targets.Monitors key metrics such as productivity, cancellations, authorization utilization, payroll efficiency, client retention, and overall location performance.Helps identify and address revenue loss areas, including missed billable hours, scheduling gaps, expired authorizations, and open caseload capacity.Collaborates with billing, intake, and credentialing teams to reduce service delays and support healthy revenue cycle performance.Supports recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain appropriate staffing levels and reduce disruption to service and revenue.Provides coaching, accountability, and performance feedback to staff to strengthen consistency, ownership, and team results.Ensures compliance with payer requirements, documentation expectations, HIPAA, and company policies to protect operational integrity and revenue.Works closely with families to maintain communication, resolve concerns, and support satisfaction and continuity of care.Identifies workflow inefficiencies and helps implement process improvements that enhance both team effectiveness and practice performance.Promotes a culture of professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service while balancing client outcomes with operational success. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in autism services, ABA, or behavioral health2+ years of leadership or practice/clinic management experienceStrong understanding of clinic operations, scheduling, and team supervisionExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a related fieldExperience working in an ABA setting or with BCBAsKnowledge of insurance processes, authorizations, and billing workflowsExperience with program development or quality improvement initiativesKey CompetenciesLeadership and team developmentOperational efficiency and performance managementClient and family engagementCompliance and regulatory knowledgeAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
