Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate critical deadlines, or to address urgent risk-related issues.\n\nOn-Site & Travel: This is an in-person role and requires regular travel between sites throughout the day or week.\n\nAvailability: Must be available to respond to urgent facility or infrastructure issues as needed, which may occasionally require extended hours or availability outside of standard business hours.\n\nPerformance Goals: Expected to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility uptime, work order resolution, vendor performance, and overall site reliability. Regular performance reviews will assess progress against these goals.\n\nEducation & Experience\n\n· Relevant hands-on experience in facilities, maintenance, or a skilled trade required\n\n· Formal education or certifications in facilities, construction, or a related field are a plus, but not required\n\n· Knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance practices\n\n· Experience working with and coordinating external vendors or service providers\n\n· Experience in multi-site or service-based environments is a plus\n\nPhysical Requirements\nThis role requires hands‑on activity, including lifting (typically up to 40–50 lbs), climbing ladders, bending, reaching, and working in maintenance environments.
