Inside Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description Capstone Insurance is hiring one driven person to join our inside sales team and you don't need an insurance license or prior insurance experience to apply. If you can hold a real conversation, follow a process, and you actually like helping people, we'll teach you the rest and pay for your license along the way.What You'll Actually DoYou'll spend your day talking to warm leads folks who already reached out about protecting their home, car, or both. No cold call lists. No door-knocking. You'll listen to what they need, build a quote they can understand, and walk them through coverage that genuinely makes their life easier.
