Installer

LaForce is looking for a dedicated Installer to work out of our Cincinnati location. In this hands-on role, you’ll be installing doors, frames, and hardware in commercial buildings. We provide all the tools, safety gear, a work vehicle, and cover your travel to job sites. Best of all, you’ll enjoy day shift hours with no nights or weekends!In This Role, You’ll Be Responsible ForInstalling doors, frames and hardware at customer sites and new commercial projects.Understanding work orders and executing them accurately.Problem-solving on the spot to adjust or replace materials as needed and ensure quality installations.Adjusting or replacing existing materials and safely operating power and hand tools.Representing our company professionally to keep customers happy and coming back.What We're Looking ForWe value hard work and determination! Candidates should have 1-2 years of carpentry or construction experience. Experience with commercial doors and hardware is a plus but we're willing to train. Additionally, 1-2 years of military experience will be considered in place of relevant carpentry or construction experience. A valid driver’s license with a good record is essential. You need to be able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day.
