The candidate must communicate effectively at all organization levels, manage conflict and trade-offs, and enable cross-functional clarity and execution.\r\nResponsibilities & Key Skills Excellent written and verbal communication to all organizational levels, serving as a liaison between cross-functional team members; lead stand-up meetings and leadership communications.\r\nLead the team to create and update schedules/action plans and drive crucial conversations; identify and execute countermeasures; coach and mentor team members.\r\nStrong team-building skills; work with multiple cross-functional, cross-geographic teams to achieve project execution success.\r\nDefine project KPIs, understand their impact on larger Fluke metrics, and roll KPIs to leadership; track KPIs to support high-level objectives.\r\nEvaluate risk and blockers, identify countermeasures, lead trade-off discussions/impact analysis, and apply risk-mitigation plans; lead teams through pivots when necessary.\r\nChampion change management, advocate and lead through change initiatives.\r\nApply strong program-management skills, integrating Fortive Business System tools and visual-management practices.\r\nApply strong problem-solving mindset, identify problems early, cultivate a culture of problem-solving, and appropriately elevate issues.\r\nCreate and manage budgets for medium-to-large complexity projects, track status, communicate to leadership, and challenge unplanned spend.\r\nDemonstrate knowledge of standard work across the product lifecycle and lead cross-functional program teams to support program activities.\r\nOwn project stand-up meetings, communicate to leadership and team with coaching, and apply visual-management tools such as BML schedule, issue tracker, and risk register.\r\nQualifications 10+ years of experience developing system-level products, including electronic hardware, embedded firmware, and application software in an integrated system.\r\nProven ability to inspire collaborative team execution, including leadership of geographically dispersed cross-functional development teams.\r\nExperience coaching junior team members in program management.\r\nProven experience in risk management and change management.\r\nComfortable communicating at all levels of the organization and adjusting appropriately for the audience.\r\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field preferred.\r\nPMI/PMP certification a plus.\r\nRegulatory compliance experience a plus.\r\nBenefits Eligible for a bonus as part of the total compensation package.\r\nLegal and Regulatory Statements Fluke is an equal-opportunity employer.
