We are looking for a high-impact technical leader to own the data programming strategy for FDA-mandated risk management programs.In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data science and regulatory compliance, utilizing SAS, R, and Python to ensure patient safety across a robust drug pipeline. You will lead the development of interactive Power BI dashboards and CDISC-compliant datasets that directly influence senior leadership decisions and global healthcare outcomes.The Role Lead the end-to-end programming activities for Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) and Risk Management initiatives. Develop and validate analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TFLs) in strict accordance with CDISC standards. Build and maintain high-impact interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize REMS Assessment data and key performance metrics. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to design technical solutions that align with complex regulatory requirements. Provide advanced technical expertise in SAS, R, and Python, ensuring all code is efficient, scalable, and well-documented.What You'll Need 6-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3-5 years focused specifically on data programming within REMS or regulated environments. Expert-level proficiency in data programming languages including SAS, R, and Python. Proven experience with CDISC standards and the ability to deliver audit-ready datasets for regulatory inspections. Strong background in data visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Life Sciences (CDISC Certification is a major plus).What's On Offer Highly competitive base salary ($136k - $204k range) plus discretionary annual cash bonuses.
