In a cross-functional squad, you'll ship improvements weekly, shape product decisions, and directly influence how modern compliance is done across Europe.\r\nOUR TEAM SETUP\r\nWe work in three cross-functional product squads, each focused on one of our core internal products or solutions:\r\n1 Product Manager, 1 Product Designer, 3-4 Fullstack Engineers, 1 Tech Lead\r\nCollaboration style: Flat hierarchies, shared ownership, and strong cross-functional teamwork\r\nTECH STACK\r\nBackend : Python (Django)\r\nFrontend : React.js, TypeScript\r\nInfrastructure : AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, terraform, ArgoCD, Karpenter\r\nAI : LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse\r\nDevOps & Tools : We experiment with cutting-edge tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Raycast – and encourage you to push for the best setup for your work\r\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nBuild the European Champion for Compliance Automation: Develop and maintain Kertos as the cutting-edge category leader.
