Job TitlePay Rate: $110/HR Duration: 6 Months Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Oakland, CASummaryDemonstrated experience adjusting quickly to changing priorities, stakeholders, or project conditionsProven ability to move work forward efficiently while maintaining quality and alignment with business objectivesStrong capability to translate complex changes into clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiencesResponsibilitiesProvide change management support for major initiatives to ensure workforce readiness for technology, process, and organizational changesAssess change management needs and design plans that support organizational readiness for change, both pre and post-project deploymentExecute change management plans in partnership with project managers and business sponsors, including Learning, Communication, and Engagement activitiesIdentify communication and training opportunities to facilitate understanding and garner support for changeReview training and communication plans and deliverables to ensure they meet project needsAnticipate people-related risks and develop plans and actions to mitigate risks and address concernsEvaluate and measure results and success of change management strategies, plans, and actionsDevelop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including management, union leadership, and cross-functional teamsIncorporate OCM Methodology into existing governance processes and participate in project evaluationsRequirements8 years change management experience on large-scale change projectsCompletion of instructor-led change management training in a methodology aligned with the ACMP Standard
