Maintain building environment and grounds by providing general cleaning, groundskeeping and banquet setup.DutiesEquipment repair: Fixing machinery, plumbing, electrical, etc.Maintain all equipment with preventative maintenance and basic repairEnsuring that buildings and mechanical systems meet health and safety standardsMaintain all building accessibility and appearance with tasks including, but not limited to:Basic and deep cleaningPicking up litterLandscapingPaintingPressure cleaningChanging / installing light bulbsBanquet setup to include, but not limited toMoving furniture between floors and buildingsSetting up pipe & drape, dance floor, staging, screens, etc.Understanding how to read floor plans and set to specMaintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulationsDocumenting work orders with service detailEducation/Skills/ExperienceProven experience as maintenance technicianBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other systemsWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesMust be able to lift a minimum of 50lbsLeadership experience a plusAdditional KnowledgeLooking for innovative ways to improve processes that help support the overall objectives of thecompany.Able to attend weekly meetings to share and improve quality/processes.Powered by JazzHR
