Join Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC today.\nResponsibilities:\nThe Workday Application Developer will support Barrow Wise's Baltimore County project and perform the following duties:\nDesign, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)\nConfigure and maintain Workday business processes, calculated fields, custom validations, condition rules, reports, and dashboards\nDevelop and maintain Workday custom reports\nTroubleshoot and resolve system or integration issues\nIntegration Management\nCreate and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, etc.)\nMonitor scheduled integrations and address failures or data inconsistencies\nDocument integration design, configuration, and data flow processes\nOptimize existing integrations to improve performance and reliability\nMaintain system documentation, including design specs, workflows, and configuration guides\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to align Workday functionality with business needs\nPerform duties in Towson, MD\n\nAn ideal candidate has the following:\nU.S. Citizenship\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields\nTwo years of Workday HCM Implementation Expertise\nWorkday certified training\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nOutstanding business process fluency\n\nJoin the team at Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC, for a fulfilling and engaging experience!
