You will greet customers with a smile and maintain a strong presence to deter theft while monitoring our Code 50 package inspection policy. Responsibilities include walking the sales floor to identify and address potential theft indicators and collaborating with store leadership on loss prevention initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Safety and Security: Prioritize safety practices and assist in creating a secure shopping environment.Customer Engagement: Offer outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers courteously and responding to inquiries.Brand Representation: Uphold the company brand and maintain a professional appearance.Theft Mitigation: Monitor the store for suspicious behavior and report trends to management.Operational Awareness: Educate team members on practices to minimize operational shortages.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.One year of retail supervisory experience preferred.Loss prevention or security training is a plus.Must be able to comply with laws for security positions, including background checks.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for long periods.Capability to lift and lower objects weighing over 25 lbs.Must be able to regularly bend, stoop, or crouch according to business needs.Become part of a company that values your contributions and grow your career in a supportive environment.
