If you’re the type of leader who can motivate teams, hold others accountable, solve problems without ego, and still have the heart to put the tools down at the end of the day for quality family time, you’ll fit right in here.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects from award to completion, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and adherence to schedule\nOversee material take-offs, detailing and erection labor, buyouts, freight, and overall project execution\nWork with detailing subcontractors to ensure submittal and fabrication drawings are accurate and complete\nReview and evaluate bid drawings, specifications, and contract documents\nDevelop project strategy to ensure gross margin success\nCoordinate schedules with customers, subcontractors, detailing, purchasing, fabrication, and erection teams\nCreate, track, and follow through on change orders\nFacilitate Iron-Strong Expectation meetings with each new job (internal and external)\nMaintain customer relationships and manage long-lead schedules\nEnforce safety guidelines and company standards across shop and field teams\nEnsure workflow, production responsibilities, and compliance with safety requirements are followed\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nBe accountable for every aspect of the job, leading by example\n\nQualifications\nValid Arizona driver’s license\nAbility to pass background check and drug screening (drug- and alcohol-free workplace)\n3–5 years of experience as a project or construction manager\nPreferably in the Steel Industry\nStrong knowledge of construction processes, contract documents, and project management strategies\nProfessional working proficiency in English required\n\nSkills & Abilities\nFriendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive team-player attitude\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills\nAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines\nAbility to multi-task and manage competing priorities\nHigh integrity and commitment to company values\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-changing industry\n\nSchedule\nBusiness hours are M-Th 7am - 5pm and Fri 7am - 11am\nHours will be dependent upon current projects and business needs.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary is dependent on experience\nSteady, long-term work in a supportive environment\nFirst-time homebuyer program with $500 bonus and optional realtor/mortgage support\nDave Ramsey SmartDollar financial education resources\nFull benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and sick time.
