This is an 11-month (August-June) renewable non-tenure track special faculty position reporting to the Associate Director of Academic & Research Engagement.This position will:Serve as a campus resource for ethical open science methods for research data, including assisting researchers in meeting funders' or publishers' requirements for research data sharingConduct outreach and promotion for the library and the campus community on topics relating to research dataProvide one-on-one consultations and group workshops and instruction on data-related topics and toolsManage and develop Statistical Collaboration and Training Center (SCTC) and data analysis services provided by student employees in collaboration with other unitsCreate learning materials and documentation on data-related topicsPartner with liaison librarians to serve the research data needs of specific disciplinesUNCW Library does not use AI to evaluate job applications. Each application is evaluated by a search committee.
