Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a results‐driven Business Analyst and Project Manager with over ten years of experience delivering technology, process, and data‐driven solutions across Wealth Management, Trust Services, Custody Operations, and Investment Accounting. This role is responsible for bridging business needs with technical execution, leading cross‐functional teams, and driving complex initiatives from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate should have proven success implementing AI‐enabled solutions that streamline operations, enhance client experience, and improve decision‐making. This individual should be adept at requirements gathering, workflow design, vendor and stakeholder management, and end‐to‐end project delivery within highly regulated financial environments.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead multi‐phase technology and operational initiatives across wealth and trust platforms, improving efficiency, accuracy, and client service delivery.Design and implement AI‐driven tools for document classification, client onboarding, risk scoring, and workflow automation, reducing manual effort and increasing operational throughput.Serve as primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables for enterprise‐level system upgrades, platform migrations, and regulatory enhancements.Conduct detailed process mapping and gap analysis across custody, trust administration, and accounting workflows to identify optimization opportunities.Support Salesforce enhancements including workflow automation, reporting dashboards, data governance, and user‐experience improvements.Utilize Global Plus and related trust accounting systems to support operational analysis, data validation, and system integration efforts.Deliver training, documentation, and change‐management support to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.Required Skills and Characteristics10+ years of experience within Wealth, Trust, Custody, and Accounting OperationsProven track record of business analysis & requirements definitionsProficient in project & program management (Agile & Waterfall)AI/ML solution implementation & process automationExcellent data mapping, data quality, and reporting capabilitiesUnderstanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements and alignmentCross‐Functional stakeholder managementSystems integration & change managementSalesforce CRM (Admin/BA Experience)Experience with Global Plus / Trust Accounting PlatformsCompensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $125,000-$150,000 based on experience and qualifications. This role may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus.
