Lead GSR
In addition to performing the GSR duties and responsibilities, the lead GSR will:
be responsible for training all new GSRs
assign floors to GSRs daily
assist other GSRs with diet questions
monitor and evaluate work flow of GSR's daily
ensure that all patient meals requests are taken in a timely manner
communicate any pertinent patient information to GSRs
ensure that all specialty menus are communicated and distributed to patients
ensure that all consumption boards are completed daily
REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate; minimum of five years of GSR experience; ability to read, write, and speak English; must be technology savvy; prior healthcare food service experience is desirable
