Project aspects may include mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, and architectural applications; the associated administrative and budgetary control responsibilities; the planning, organizing, coordination of resources; and full control and execution of the project to the fulfillment of client expectations.\r\nJob Description Essential Job Duties Management of project deliverables, including developing scope of work, scheduling project reports, managing the development of drawings for clients and property/facility management team, designing and development and constructions phases for assigned project.\r\nProactively manages project-related issues on an account or assigned project, as necessary.\r\nEnsure success in initiation, planning, execution, and completion of all projects against agreed upon targets.\r\nMaintain high qualitative and quantitative standards for work performance along with maintaining accurate and consistent electronic files.\r\nPrepare agendas and meeting materials, lead meetings, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.\r\nAdvise and obtain necessary approvals from management of potential organizational changes, actions requiring additional commitments and the need for expenditures in excess of approved budget.\r\nCoordinate and track all vendor RFQ's and RFP's.\r\nReview all change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client, all project financial information and management of services to clients as requested.\r\nResponsible for keeping building management apprised of progress at all times.\r\nEducation/Experience/Training Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.\r\n5+ years of related experience.\r\nSolid project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.\r\nExperience in client relations, client management and consulting.\r\nAutonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.\r\nRead and understand construction specifications and blueprints.\r\nAbility to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.\r\nPrepare and track master project budgets.\r\nHighly organized with the ability to identify and manage multiple priorities at once.\r\nUnderstanding of technical requirements for various project types.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills\r\nProvides guidance to junior staff\r\nExperience with analysis and reporting\r\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
