Drive the inception, planning, execution, and delivery of security compliance initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee the end-to-end lifecycle of security compliance projects for our cloud and on-premises products, ensuring adherence to StateRAMP, FedRAMP, NIS2, ISO standards, and other applicable regulations.\nWork closely with internal teams, including legal, sales engineers, engineering, and cloud operations, as well as external vendors and partners, to achieve security compliance goals.\nStay up to date with StateRAMP, FedRAMP, NIS2, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations, ensuring that the company’s products and processes comply with these requirements.\nManage relationships with external vendors and laboratories, ensuring that all security testing and validation meet the necessary standards.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all security compliance efforts. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to provide updates on compliance status and risks.\nCollaborate with legal teams to understand and integrate legal requirements into compliance projects. Provide technical insights to support legal compliance activities.\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with security compliance, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.\nAssist in responding to customer inquiries about compliance, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer confidence in our compliance posture.\nPossess a strong understanding of cloud technologies and providers, applying this knowledge to security compliance initiatives.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent work experience. Advanced degrees or certifications in security or compliance are a plus.\n10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on security compliance for cloud and on-premises products.\nProven experience leading large-scale security compliance initiatives, including StateRAMP, FedRAMP, NIS2, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple geo locations.\nBasic understanding of legal aspects related to security compliance, with experience working alongside legal teams on regional and compliance needs of different sectors.\nExperience managing external vendors and laboratories for security compliance projects.\nStrong understanding of cloud technologies and providers, applying this expertise to compliance projects.\nHigh degree of flexibility and adaptability and conflict management capability.\nSelf-motivated, self-directed, and politically astute.\nDetailed oriented and well organized.\nStrong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.\nEffective verbal/written English communications.\n\nYou'll excite us if you have:\n\nCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.\n\nOur salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $135,600.00 - $176,200.00\nThe candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan.
