The ideal candidate is highly self‑motivated, extremely detail oriented, has strong time management and problem‑solving skills, is a quick study and is hungry to learn and contribute.QualificationsDegree in Design and/or experienceAdobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Trello and Google DocsStrong computer skillsAbility to communicate effectively in writingSound judgment, dependable, punctual and professionalResponsibilitiesYou will be involved in all facets of design from working with designers and clients.Managing projects and workflow to help lead the design processNew and existing client interface (phone calls and in-person meetings)Working with our expediting team to ensure smooth project flowDeveloping designs and schedulesCreating presentation boards and materials using PhotoshopData entry and budgeting for all projectsObtaining price quotes, maintaining budgets and working with our accounting team to send out estimates and monthly invoicesAny other design related tasks that ariseApplication ProcessKeep applications brief; we want small resumes with relevant experience. Be prepared to defend any laundry lists of skills. Short but super-personalized cover letters are welcome and always read!Principals only, please.
