This position is based in the United States and can work cross-functionally on projects across all teams, with a likely focus on revenue operations for enterprise sales teams. You are forward-thinking and create efficiencies while pushing through roadblocks. This role reports to the PMO manager.\n\nYou Will:\n\nWork closely with senior leadership and high performing revenue driven teams.\nTake initiative and not wait for work to be assigned and contextualized.\nCollaborate across departments to accomplish projects, processes and high priority tasks.\nProactively identify needs of project deliverables from launch through close.\nIdentify appropriate stakeholders on new projects and work with third-party vendors, managing tracking of progress.\nMonitor the progress of projects and adapt to ensure successful outcomes.\nSupport several levels of stakeholders including the CEO, other C-level executives, and project leads on ad hoc requests.\nCreate detailed technical documentation of errors, issues, and resolutions.\nMaintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it's your default, not an afterthought.\n\nYou Have:\n\nExperience in or strong familiarity with SaaS companies and startup environments, with the ability to operate at startup speed.\nExperience supporting revenue teams (sales, client success, or partnerships) preferred.\nStrong communication and organizational skills, including attention to detail and managing up and across the organization in order to execute projects.\nAbility to work independently and follow processes with minimal supervision.\nWilling and excited to learn about new parts of the business.\nInterest in understanding our business and array of B2B2C SaaS products.\nProficiency in understanding and creating reports and manipulating data with AI tools, SQL and Excel.\nA belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.\n\nPay transparency: $90,000 + for base salary, depending on experience. Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.\n\nExpected interview process: Recruiter Conversation - Hiring Manager Interview - Loop round:\n\nExpected onboarding process: Onboarding at Array is active, not passive: new hires spend their first two weeks building fluency in our products, customers, and value proposition, and are expected to pass scored assessments before beginning role-specific work.
