The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nResponsibilities:\nSystem Configuration and Maintenance:\nConfigure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.\nImplement system upgrades and patches to keep the environment up-to-date and secure.\nUser Support:\nProvide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality.\nCollaborate with the IT support team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.\nCustomization and Development:\nWork closely with developers to customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality based on business requirements.\nCreate and modify workflows, entities, forms, and reports as needed.\nSecurity and Access Control:\nImplement and manage security policies to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.\nAdminister user roles and permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nIntegration and Data Management:\nFacilitate data integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems.\nMonitor and optimize data migration processes to maintain data accuracy and consistency.\n\nMonitoring and Performance Tuning:\nMonitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.\nImplement performance tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness.\nDocumentation:\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures.\nCreate user guides and training materials as needed.\nCollaboration:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.\n\nRequired Knowledge and Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nProven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and modules.\nProficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with security administration and access control in Microsoft Dynamics.\nFamiliarity with integration techniques and data management in Microsoft Dynamics.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nRelevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration are a plus.\n\nIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for Microsoft Dynamics and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, we encourage you to apply.
