This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise in a lively, guest-focused environment.\n\n*Duties*\n\n* Support servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining space.\n* Ensure food safety standards are upheld during handling and delivery of all dishes.\n* Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, answering basic questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.\n* Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations and dining spaces, adhering to health regulations.\n* Assist with food preparation tasks as needed under the guidance of culinary staff to support smooth kitchen operations.\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.\n* Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.\n* Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS\n* Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests.\n* Ability to stand for extended periods, walk quickly between kitchen and dining areas, and lift moderate loads.\n* Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required.\n* Hospitality background including hotel or culinary experience is beneficial.
