Role DescriptionAll Bake Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Associate to support our growing parts and service departments. This person will play an important role in ensuring customers receive timely and accurate parts support to keep their equipment running efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience with parts coordination, inventory support and management, warehouse operations, or customer service within a technical, industrial, or distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in the commercial bakery industry and build long-term career experience in operations, service support, and technical distribution.Key Responsibilities:Process customer parts orders via phone and email, along with issuing corresponding purchase orders to vendorsPrepare quotations and enter orders accurately into internal systemsIdentify and source correct parts based on equipment models and manufacturer specificationsCoordinate with manufacturers and vendors to confirm availability, pricing, and lead timesAssist in developing and managing online parts inventoryAssist with inventory management, stock counts, and receiving shipmentsSupport field service technicians with parts coordination and job preparationMaintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up with customersAssist technicians with parts needed for repairsAnswering inbound phone calls from customers and mechanics to fill parts requestsWhat We OfferFull-Time employmentCareer development and support from day oneTechnical distribution and bakery equipment industry experienceExcellent benefits package and 401(k) matchingCollegial team environmentAmple opportunity for long-term career growthQualifications:Microsoft Word, Excel, Basic Math SkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driver’s licenseCompensation: $40-65K, depending upon experience
