This role will lead and coordinate large-scale programs that advance our data strategy for the data warehouse, with a focus on platform delivery, self-service capabilities, and cross-organizational alignment.\r\nYou will orchestrate end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams—managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies—while ensuring that engineering, analytics, and business priorities stay synchronized. The ideal candidate thrives in high-complexity environments where many teams contribute interdependent deliverables and where clear communication, structured planning, and relentless follow-through are essential to success.\r\nYou will work closely with data engineering, software engineering, business intelligence, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans, surface and resolve cross-team dependencies, and drive programs to predictable outcomes that support analytical and operational needs across the organization.\r\nThis role reports to our Lead Director, Digital Product, within the technology organization.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nMinimum of 7 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in technical program management (or equivalent: program/project management in highly technical, platform, or data environments).\r\nProven experience coordinating large-scale programs that span many teams, involve significant technical complexity, and require active management of dependencies, sequencing, and tradeoffs.\r\nDemonstrated success driving multi-quarter initiatives from discovery through delivery: roadmaps, milestones, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and executive-level reporting.\r\nProficiency in SQL for querying, validation, and light analysis in support of program decisions and issue triage.\r\nExceptional stakeholder management: influencing without direct authority, resolving conflicts across teams, and aligning priorities at multiple levels of the organization.\r\nExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; comfort running cross-functional forums (steercos, working groups, dependency reviews).\r\nHigh curiosity and a drive to surface gaps, improve how we work, and challenge the status quo with practical, scalable approaches.\r\nAbility to build a case with data (metrics, baselines, impact) and, when data is missing, to define what to measure and drive the work to obtain it.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nPrior healthcare technology experience.\r\nFamiliarity with healthcare interoperability and standard exchange formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR, C-CDA).\r\nSnowflake experience in a program or delivery context.\r\nAI/ML program exposure and experience leveraging AI-assisted tooling for productivity and automation (e.g., Cursor).\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.\r\nPay Range\r\nThe typical pay range for this role is\r\n$83,430.00 - $222,480.00\r\nOur people fuel our future.
