This role is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working in an office environment, and enjoys a combination of computer-based administrative work and hands-on tasks.\n\nResponsibilities of the Sample Processor:\nTrack expected samples and communicate sample needs and deadlines to vendors.\nReceive, unpack, organize, and label physical product samples.\nRecord sample receipts and update sample records using internal systems.\nPrint and attach barcodes to samples to maintain accurate tracking.\nPhotograph physical samples and upload images to digital records.\nOrganize and maintain sample storage areas and keep sample locations updated.\nPull samples for the Merchant and Product team reviews.\nAssist with sample review meetings by preparing samples and documenting feedback.\nRecord buyer notes, sample approvals, and feedback in internal systems.\nCommunicate sample feedback to vendors via email.\nTrack and follow up on late or outstanding samples.\nManage the disposal or donation of approved samples in coordination with internal teams.\nSupport additional administrative and sample management tasks as needed.\nRequired Experience/Skills for the Sample Processor:\nAt least 1 year of related work or retail experience.\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nComfortable working in an office environment while also performing hands-on physical tasks.\nAbility to unpack boxes and move product samples or sample racks.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain records.\nTeam player who is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.\nAbility to lift packages weighing up to 35 pounds.\nPreferred Experience/Skills for the Sample Processor:\nPrevious experience in retail, merchandising, fashion, product development, or a corporate office environment.\nExperience working with physical product samples or inventory.\nExperience using databases, inventory systems, or sample tracking tools.\nStrong administrative and data-entry skills.\nEducation Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.\nA four-year degree is not required for this position.\nBenefits:\nAtrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).\nThis temporary-to-permanent opportunity provides the potential to transition into a long-term position with a large corporate retail organization.\nJob Wrapping ID: #LI-AJ3\n\nAbout Atrium: What you do matters.
