You will collaborate with numerous teams to ensure tool availability is increased and that outputs meet, or exceed, the highest quality standards.\n\nResponsibilities:\nUnderstand the relationship between the hardware, software, and processes that enable us to meet quality requirements\nCollaborate with shift teams to make sure we maintain product quality at the highest levels\nEngage with tool owners and hardware teams to address quality and performance issues\nDevelop and implement designs of experiments\nCollaborate with partners to effectively resolve problems to root cause; develop and deploy corrective and preventive actions\nPerform statistical analysis of manufacturing data to ensure that processes meet required quality standards\nPrepare data and presentations for partners, passdowns, and broader audiences\nHelp develop and drive continuous improvement projects\nMentor and coach team members on quality and shift-left processes\nStrive to exceed in all Micron Values – People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer Focus\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of engineering fundamentals and basic electronics technologies\nStrong mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and resolve mechanical system problems; design, fabrication, and CAD experience a plus\nAbility to tackle problems and address root causes; systematic problem-solving\nAbility to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency in statistics, data analysis, and design of experiments\nSuccessfully demonstrated collaboration skills with a strong focus on effective team dynamics\nFlexibility to work any shift and rotate shifts as needed\nBasic knowledge of Probe or semiconductor equipment and processes are desired\n\nEducation:\nBS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent military/industry experience\n\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
