Someone with prior technical experience in an environment reviewing documents would be ideal.Team: Fulfillment and Marketing Ops - They send all of the bills, renewals and drop noticesThis role: Someone to QC notices for regulatory requirements, timeframe for complianceWill use template activity in Sharepoint to ensure they are correctWill use system "Connect"Will also be testing and writing documentation for the QC process (there will be reference guides to utilize)Will create additional templates or tweak templatesReporting out on their findings as to whether they have found errors or things that needSystem PP7 is where print and email notices are createdThere will be some coding involved, so some technical acumen will be necessarSQL coding experience is important, Power BI, ExcelMin 5 years experience and a Bachelor's degree
