Reports to Crew Leader/Supervisor. Skillset and educational requirements: The Lawn Care Technician must possess the following skill set: Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility Physically able to handle the workload of a Lawn Care Technician. Have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body. Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance. Able to interact with customers professionally and courteously daily. Has a minimum of One year of experience in the lawn care field. Can operate company equipment: string trimmers, backpack blowers, weed eaters, mowers, etc. Can perform all daily preventative maintenance (PM) on company equipment. Meets or exceeds company productivity standards for Lawn Care work.
