Job Description Machine OperatorLocation: San Marcos, CA 92078Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd ShiftShift Options: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PMPay: $18.38 per hour, with potential overtimeJob DescriptionWe are hiring Machine Operators to support production operations in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. This position involves operating machinery, monitoring equipment, following production instructions, and helping ensure products meet quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machineryFollow work instructions and production proceduresInspect products for quality and accuracyReport machine or production issues to supervisorsKeep work areas clean, safe, and organizedSupport daily production goals and workflowRequirementsComfortable working in a warehouse or production environmentComfortable working around machineryAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong attention to detailMust be able to work Monday through Friday on 2nd shiftMust pass a drug test and background check
