US or Naturalized Citizenship are a requirement for eligibility.\nThe responsibilities for this Lead Full Stack Developer will include:\nDefining and implementing software architecture and design patterns that meet business needs and technical requirements.\nEvaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.\nWriting high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. Leading by example, ensuring that code reviews and quality assurance practices are adhered to.\nIdentifying and resolving complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.\nOptimizing software for performance, scalability, and security.\nWill work closely with the project manager, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.\nIdentifies potential risks and issues related to software development and implements mitigation strategies. Ensures the PDS project is delivered with minimal disruptions.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field\n10+ years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple software projects through the full software lifecycle.\nAt least 3 years as a lead developer.\nActive Secret Clearance or current interim\nIAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security + or equivalent)\nComputing environment certification (e.g., Server+, Linux+, AWS Certified Developer (or equivalent)\nTechnical Skills:\nExtensive experience with software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.\nExperience with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and practices.\nDemonstrated expertise in developing software applications using C#, Java, SQL, and Javascript.\nExperience developing/testing web applications using HTML, jQuery, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS.\nExperience with API development.\nExperience with modern development frameworks and tools (e.g., .Net Core, ASP.Net, Identity framework, Entity framework, MVC (Model, View, Controller), Blazor, Fluentui).\nExperience with database management (SQL Server) and data modeling.\nKnowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\nExperience with AWS Cloud Native Services, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, Elastic Container Registry, Elastic Container Service, Elastic Kubernetes Service\nFamiliarity with DISA application development STIGs and well versed in DOD information assurance policies and regulation\nDemonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate a development team.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient solutions.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.\nTIAG is an equal opportunity employer and federal contractor or subcontractor.
