The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to drive product delivery, manage priorities, and ensure successful execution of business objectives within an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with product roadmap and business goals.Create detailed user stories and define clear acceptance criteria for development teams.Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to clarify business and functional requirements.Organize and lead product demos to align internal stakeholders and gather feedback.Review completed user stories and validate that acceptance criteria and business expectations are met.Identify project risks, issues, and delivery roadblocks, and proactively drive resolutions.Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve product functionality and user experience.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar Agile role.Strong experience managing Agile product backlogs and sprint activities.Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Scrum certification (CSPO, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.Experience working in fast-paced product or technology-driven environments.
