We continue to develop and implement exciting and complex solutions to support the evolving needs of our customers.\nWe are looking for a PL/SQL Developer with the desire to be a critical member of our team updating existing reports and designing new capabilities for our customer. This includes both standardized BIRT reports as well as developing reports in Business Objects. You will work as a member of the Technical Development Team, developing custom reports relating to Finance and Acquisitions data.\nThe Technical Development Team will work closely with functional resources, solution developers, infrastructure resources, and configuration change management resources to perform analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of reports. This includes developing technical design documents, developing reports, and following configuration management processes to deliver results to the customer.\nYou will have strong technical and problem-solving skills and the ability to properly prioritize, multi-task and work collaboratively with our project team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced developer who enjoys interacting with people and has a desire to expand their knowledge and take on greater responsibility\nResponsibilities\nContribute to the development and documentation of reporting through:\nCollecting and documenting reporting requirements from customer work sessions.\nIdentification of custom or ad hoc reports to include detailed technical requirements.\nTranslating business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports.\nDesign, development and testing of custom BIRT reports to meet business requirements.\nDesign, development and testing of underlying universe or framework to support ad hoc reporting.\nDefining, documenting, and executing unit test cases to confirm requirements are met.\nSupport system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution.\nSupporting the functional and technical activities for the customer’s financial management and contract writing system reporting tool.\nProvide subject matter expertise in support of reports technical activities.\nContinuously increases knowledge of Business Intelligence applications/tools.\nWork independently with minimal guidance from more senior software developers.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree.\n5 years of technical experience in system design, development and production support of large applications/systems.\nStrong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including stored procedures.\nAbility to obtain Security+ Certification.\nWillingness to work onsite in a secure facility.\nActive Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\nDesign and development experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), including\nDesign and development experience creating dashboards through Business Objects, Pentaho, Cognos, etc.\nExperience with Financial Management or Business Applications.\nTechnical experience with CGI Momentum Financials software.\nPossess prior experience supporting large scale organizations with successful ERP implementation(s).\nSecurity+ Certification.\nClearance\nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
