We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused Media Buyer who’s ready to own performance, scale winning campaigns, and create ad systems that drive measurable revenue growth.
Mission of the Role
Own and scale profitable paid media campaigns — starting with Meta Ads, and expanding into YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. You will write ad copy and video scripts, develop testing strategies, launch and optimize campaigns, and report daily on performance. You'll play a mission-critical role in driving leads, booked discovery calls and purchases for our highest-converting funnels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Management
Own and manage our core marketing funnels:
Launch and test 10–15 new ad creatives per week
Deliver 30 new ad scripts per month to our video team for production
Maintain a live ad tracker sheet with all creatives, tests, and results
Optimize full funnel: ads → opt-in pages → post-opt-in automation
Performance Reporting
Submit daily Slack/email updates including:
Ad spend
Result count
Cost per result
Optimizations/tests planned
Weekly & monthly CPA trends
Submit a weekly funnel performance report (Google Sheet)
Ad metrics
Funnel conversion rates
Page analytics (opt ins, CVR, etc.)
Creative & Copywriting
Write ad headlines, primary texts, descriptions, and CTA variations
Collaborate with the video and design team to ensure content aligns with strategy
Use direct response frameworks (e.g., AIDA, PAS, “so you can”) for better conversion
Technical Setup & Tracking
Set up and manage Meta Pixels, Conversion API, Google Tags, and UTM tracking
Ensure events are accurately attributed across ad platforms and our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Meetings & Communication
Weekly marketing team meeting
Weekly meeting with Director of Marketing
Additional meetings as needed
Timely responses to messages during business hours (reply within 1.5 hours M–F)
Outcomes to Hit in the First 90 Days
Maintain CPA targets for active funnels
Hit 4:1 ROAS on internal RYM funnels
Maintain 2:1 ROAS on live event funnels
Scale successful creatives and eliminate low performers quickly
Launch paid campaigns on TikTok and YouTube by Month 3
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have 3-5+ years of paid media buying experience (preferably Meta)
Are a strong direct response copywriter
Know how to interpret funnel math, KPIs, and attribution
Are fluent with Meta CAPI, TikTok pixel, GTM, GA4, and ad tracking tools
Think like a marketer first, platform expert second
Move quickly, test often, and learn from data
Are coachable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role
Bonus: You have experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and managing CRM integrations
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000 – $75,000 annual salary (based on experience)
Bi-monthly pay schedule (1st and 15th of each month)
2 weeks of PTO after 30 days
