The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with deep technical understanding of semiconductor and image sensor technologies and can effectively influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nOwn and deliver strategic semiconductor NPI programs against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource commitments\r\nManage the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment (ROI/NPV) and project kickoff through high-volume production\r\nDevelop, maintain, and manage integrated master project schedules across engineering, manufacturing, test, and supply chain\r\nImplement, improve, and govern standard project management methodologies, processes, and escalation frameworks\r\nLead core team meetings, track action items, manage risks, and drive issue resolution\r\nCommunicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and concisely to executive leadership\r\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Marketing, Product Planning, NPI, and Manufacturing\r\nHold team members accountable for on-time deliverables and milestone execution\r\nPlan and manage capital expenditures and material orders to support project milestones\r\nCollaborate with international OEM/ODM partners and silicon foundries to ensure alignment and execution\r\nDrive decision-making in complex, ambiguous environments while maintaining focus on business outcomes.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline\r\n7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or\r\n5 years with a Master's degree\r\nPrior experience in the semiconductor industry\r\nDemonstrated expertise in electrical engineering, process technology, or product support\r\nProven ability to deliver high-quality products on schedule in fast-paced environments\r\nStrong communication and influencing skills across all levels, including executive management.\r\nDue to ITAR regulations, only candidates who are U.S. Persons will be considered for this position.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nBachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering or related Engineering major\r\nThe ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in image sensor engineering and program management\r\nYou should have a deep understanding of image sensor technologies and their applications in various industries\r\nAdditionally, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams\r\nExperience managing the development and execution of complex engineering programs\r\nKnowledge of wafer fab processes and planning\r\nKnowledge of Semiconductor packaging processes\r\nDemonstrated ability to comprehend and consider both technical and business information\r\nExperience with international OEM/ODM silicon foundry partners\r\nUnderstanding of high-volume production and test processes and requirements\r\nDrive Core Team meetings and influence highly skilled engineers without direct lines of report, collaborative, building relationships.\r\nAdditional Technical & Domain Expertise\r\nStrong background in image sensor technologies and their applications\r\nExperience managing complex, cross-functional engineering development programs\r\nKnowledge of wafer fabrication processes and planning\r\nKnowledge of semiconductor packaging processes\r\nUnderstanding of high-volume manufacturing, test processes, and production requirements\r\nAbility to evaluate and balance technical, operational, and business considerations\r\nExperience working with international OEM/ODM partners and silicon foundries\r\nProven ability to lead without direct authority by building trust, alignment, and collaboration\r\nThe Salary Range for this position is $84,000 – $136,000.
