This role provides leadership, support, and accountability for all security personnel.\nMinimum Qualifications\n2+ years of security leadership or related supervisory experience\n3+ years of verified security, law enforcement, corrections, or military experience\nSecurity management certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred\nAbility to obtain and maintain a valid State Security License\nValid driver’s license with clean MVR\nKey Responsibilities\nSecurity Operations\nEnsure consistent, timely delivery of security services\nAdminister and maintain guard management software\nEnforce workplace safety policies and procedures\nSupport field operations, including working posts as needed\nRemain on-call to assist officers and address operational issues\nPerformance & Leadership\nIdentify, address, and resolve performance concerns\nImplement, communicate, and monitor operational standards\nSupport organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives\nProvide proactive leadership, coaching, and accountability\nClient & Team Communication\nServe as liaison between clients, Site Managers, Supervisors, and company leadership\nMaintain clear, consistent communication across all operational levels\nPrepare and deliver reports on performance, incidents, and client satisfaction\nCompliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements\nConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies\nMaintain documentation for audits, inspections, and quality reviews\nSupervisory & Administrative Duties\nVerify and track employee licensing and certifications\nReport new hires and terminations to the State of Tennessee\nMaintain personnel and compliance records\nManage scheduling and staffing to ensure full 24/7 coverage\nCoordinate emergency and incident response\nOversee billing processes and verify invoice accuracy\nRequired Skills & Abilities\nStrong leadership and supervisory capabilities\nExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nEffective communication across verbal, written, and electronic channels\nProficiency in Outlook, Excel, and administrative systems\nFlexible availability to support 24-hour operations\nPositive attitude with initiative and follow-through\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand or sit for at least one hour\nAbility to walk ½ mile and climb 20 stairs without stopping\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)\nBachelor’s degree in business, Security Management, or related field (preferred)\nNote: Responsibilities and qualifications may evolve based on business and client needs.\n\nSecurity Engineers, Inc.
