This warehouse receives custom windows from our manufacturing plant and stages them for delivery to installation crews.This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and teamwork, and who enjoys a fast‑paced, physical work environment.What You’ll DoManage Inventory — Receive, track, and organize incoming custom window shipments Oversee Distribution — Prepare and load products for installation teams Lead Daily Operations — Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse Coordinate With Teams — Work closely with installation crews and office staff Ensure Accuracy — Verify orders, shipments, and documentation Operate Equipment — Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools (training available) What We’re Looking ForWarehouse Experience — 2+ years preferred Inventory Management Skills Distribution or Logistics Background Reliability & Accountability — You show up, follow through, and own your work Team Player Mindset Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet Schedule & PayMonday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM $50,000–$65,000 based on experience Full‑time, stable hours—no nights, no weekends Why Join Renewal by AndersenWork for a respected, nationwide brand Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth Meaningful work—your role directly supports customer installations
