(CPT) is looking for a full-time Accounting Administrator to support our accounting department in Powell, OH.\nThe Accounting Administrator will assist with general duties in the accounting department to include:\nTrack financial status for projects and subcontractors\nDevelop and monitor annual and monthly budgets\nAssist with audit inquiries\nHandle daily accounting functions in accordance with GAAP and DCAA principles\nDevelop monthly accounting reports for current tasks and review with leadership team\nManage and maintain facility leases\n401(k) administration and compliance\nGeneral ledger entries and various department reconciliations\nA/P and A/R processing and maintain files\nMonitor vendor payment agreements and insurance policies\nProcess travel expenses\nAssist in developing and implementing internal accounting controls and improving department processes\nPrepare and analyze financial statements\nVarious other duties as assigned\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum education and experience:\n1+ years of financial, accounting, and management experience preferred.\nExperience with basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Office and Teams\nBasic math skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDefense government contracting experience preferred.\nKnowledge of Unanet and QuickBooks helpful.\nKnowledge of finance, budgeting, cost control principals and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\nImpeccable time-management skills\nCapability to stay organized and maintain detailed records\nAbility to identify and resolve discrepancies\nAbility to work independently\nAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy\nDriven individual with excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills\nAccuracy and attention to detail\nFlexible and adept at multi-tasking in a deadline sensitive environment\nThe ability to collaborate with co-workers\nHighly motivated for success and a strong work ethic\nExcellent written and verbal and communication skills\n\nAbout Us: We are Command Post Technologies, Inc.
