ITIL 4 training or equivalent work experience. Five (5) years of hands-on cloud experience (public, private, and hybrid) within an IT role. Demonstrated leadership experience in implementing change management, workflow optimization, and cost management initiatives. Advanced proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.) and in-depth knowledge of RBAC and compliance frameworks (HIPAA).
