Claims Analyst

CLAIMS ANALYST Bankruptcy Trustee seeks detail-oriented employee to enter and set up creditor claims and review court pleadings and orders. This position requires the unique ability to pay close attention to details and understand the legal pleadings and orders filed in a bankruptcy case. You will enter data into our database and then set up payment of claims pursuant to various court pleadings and orders. Accuracy is critical. It will be necessary to communicate effectively in writing and orally with the 15 people whose work you support. You must have a college degree and some office experience. You will be required to work in the office in Downtown Charlottesville; however, after a 90-day training period, you may be eligible to work remotely for part of the week.
