Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingBonus based on performanceDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurancePosition SummaryThe Project Manager – Construction Operations will work closely with executive leadership and the Director of Design & Construction to support the execution of new club openings, facility improvements, remodels, and operational projects.This position plays a critical role in helping ensure projects stay on schedule, vendors and contractors remain aligned, and clubs are operationally prepared for successful launches and transitions.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys balancing field operations with project coordination, and has experience managing construction-related projects from planning through execution.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of new club openings, remodels, and facility improvement projectsCoordinate vendors, contractors, installations, deliveries, and project schedulesTrack project timelines, budgets, punch lists, milestones, and action itemsConduct site visits to monitor construction progress and operational readinessAssist with equipment coordination, installations, and vendor schedulingMaintain organization of project files, permits, invoices, schedules, and tracking systemsCommunicate project updates with leadership, vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal teamsIdentify and help resolve project risks, delays, and operational gaps proactivelyAssist with permitting, inspections, and project documentationSupport operational readiness efforts leading up to new club openingsPartner cross-functionally with operations, facilities, and leadership teamsTravel regularly to active and upcoming project locations as neededQualifications4+ years of experience in project management, construction coordination, facilities management, operations, or related fieldsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday, and project tracking softwareAbility to work on-site full-time and travel regularly to project sitesValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsPreferred ExperienceCommercial construction, retail, hospitality, fitness, or multi-site operations experienceFamiliarity with permitting, construction workflows, timelines, and vendor coordinationExperience supporting large-scale operational or executive-led projectsKnowledge of facility operations, buildouts, or construction processesPhysical RequirementsAbility to travel between project and club locations regularlyAbility to walk active construction sites and stand for extended periodsAbility to occasionally lift or move project materialsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyHigh-energy and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to play a direct role in new club launches and company expansionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in the DFW area with regular travel to project locations as needed.
