If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!\r\nMid-Level Supervisor Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for clients, including creating and maintaining treatment plans (under clinical direction and oversight of BCBA), monitoring progress through data collection and record maintenance, and conducting assessments.\r\nProvide clinical supervision to BTs, including performing competency assessments and providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services.\r\nDeliver direct services to clients of all ages and abilities, providing optional services that are comprehensive, ethical, and tailored to individual needs.\r\nCommunicate and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, parents, staff, outside professionals, and other therapists.\r\nImplements and monitors caregiver training programs under the supervision of a BCBA to ensure caregivers acquire the skills necessary to support and generalize client behavior goals.\r\nDemonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills, including self-managing schedules, maintaining accurate client records, preparing concise reports, and working independently within established guidelines.\r\nCollaborate with a diverse team of professionals in a respectful manner, providing and receiving feedback to enhance skills and knowledge.\r\nEngage in ongoing professional development, seeking guidance from senior-level staff to stay current with best practices and research in the field.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned, including initial assessments, client intakes, and special projects.\r\nMinimum billable hours: 25 hours per week\r\nMid-Level Supervisor Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education Base pay of $50,000–$65,000/year\r\nMid-Level Supervisor Benefits $500 Sign-on Bonus\r\nHybrid Schedule\r\n401(k) matching\r\nHealth/Dental/Vision\r\nFlexible schedule\r\n6 days of annual \"Sick Time\"\r\n10 days of annual Vacation Days (PTO)\r\nProfessional development assistance\r\nReferral program\r\nTuition discount\r\nMileage reimbursement\r\nStaff appreciation events\r\nMid-Level Supervisor Qualifications Bachelor's degree\r\nEnrolled in an ABA Master's Program and has either: 1. 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis and one year providing ABA services; or 2 years providing ABA services\r\nValid BCaBA certification (Preferred)\r\nValid LABA certification and licensure (Preferred)\r\nEligibility to participate in all private and federally funded insurance programs.\r\nReliable transportation and willingness to travel.\r\nPass a national background check.\r\nCPR and BLS certification.
