enhancements, and innovative solutions that improve library operations and customer services.\r\nCoordinate worldwide acquisition of commercial and publicly available information resources, including bachelor's degree or higher, relevant subjects such as library science, information science, business administration, international relations, Russian, Farsi, Chinese preferred\r\nFluent in spoken and written English and skilled in professional and interpersonal communication.\r\nMinimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in library science, information science, or a closely related information management field.\r\nMinimum three (3) years of program or project management experience supporting library operations, information technology services, digital libraries, or internet-based research programs.\r\nDemonstrated experience managing annual operating budgets between approximately $3 million and $7 million, including financial reporting, reconciliation, forecasting, and budget execution.\r\nDemonstrated supervisory experience managing professional staff and allocating resources across multiple simultaneous priorities.\r\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior Government officials and customers.\r\nExperience preparing executive-level reports, project documentation, and customer briefings.\r\nExperience managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service.\r\nProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and and foreign language materials.\r\nMasters of Library Science (MLS) or equivalent from an accredited program.\r\nPrevious experience working on government contracts with client management, project
