Application Integration Manager

Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeYou will lead complex FSD application and site-level migrations during the integration of purification and filtration businesses into the Thermo Fisher Scientific IT ecosystem, ensuring seamless transitions and business continuity.What you will do:Lead and manage the application migration kanban, coordinating complex FSD integrations across multiple workstreamsApply Agile methodologies and frameworks to drive project execution, scope management, schedules, budgets, and resourcesLeverage deep IT landscape knowledge to design and implement scalable migration strategies and support modelsFoster continuous improvement and innovation by applying PPI principles throughout migration activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver strategic technology solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships across organizational levels to ensure successful project deliveryEnsure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout all project phasesDevelop repeatable models that drive business continuity, process efficiency, and sustainable application supportRequirementsAdvanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of IT project management experience, including large-scale enterprise implementationsPreferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required or preferredAgile/Scrum certifications (SAFe, CSM, etc.) preferredStrong expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and WaterfallExperience with project/portfolio management tools (MS Project, Planview, Jira, etc.)Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects in regulated environments (GxP, SOX, HIPAA, etc.)Excellent financial acumen and budget management capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to guide and collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levelsExperience managing distributed teams and external vendorsExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalProficiency with MS Office suite and project management softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of change management principles and methodologiesExperience with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, LIMS preferredTravel may be required up to 20%Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience preferredDemonstrated success in project delivery within scope, timeline and budget constraintsExcellent risk management and issue resolution skillsCompensation And BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $113,500.00–$150,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
