This individual will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, ensure quality workmanship, maintain jobsite safety, and communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and internal leadership.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise residential construction projects including custom builds, renovations, additions, and smaller projectsLead on-site crews and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetPerform carpentry work and hands-on tasks as neededRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsCoordinate materials, deliveries, and jobsite logisticsEnsure quality control and attention to detail throughout each phase of constructionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsiteCommunicate project progress, updates, and any issues to ownership and clientsTroubleshoot field challenges and implement effective solutionsConduct punch list completion and final walkthroughsQualifications5+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in a leadership roleStrong carpentry background with knowledge of framing, trim, finish work, and remodeling practicesExperience Managing Custom Homes, Additions, And Renovations PreferredAbility to read blueprints and understand construction drawingsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationProfessional demeanor with strong customer-facing skillsA well-established construction organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee its Preconstruction and Estimating functions.
