This is a full-time, long-term position for someone with a deep background in concrete, framing, foundation work, and structural repair.\nYou’ll work directly in the field alongside your crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to Alpha’s high-quality standards.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead and supervise a crew on structural and foundation repair projects\nPlan daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage jobsite workflow\nInterpret structural drawings, blueprints, and scope documents\nCoordinate material, labor, and equipment needs\nEnsure safety procedures are followed and OSHA compliance is maintained\nTrack progress and maintain daily field reports\nCommunicate with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients as needed\nMentor and train crew members to help them grow professionally\nProject Types You’ll Work On:\nFoundation repair and replacement\nResidential, Commericial & Industrial Properties\nSoft-story and seismic retrofits (cripple wall, moment frames, etc.)\nRetaining walls and landslide repair\nHillside stabilization\nStructural framing and shoring\nDrainage and waterproofing systems\nStructural upgrades and general repairs\nWhat You Bring:\n3–5 years of experience as a Foreman or lead in foundation, concrete, or structural repair work (required)\nSkilled in concrete, framing, shoring, seismic retrofitting, and drainage\nAbility to read structural drawings and blueprints\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills\nPickup truck suitable for transporting tools and materials (required)\nValid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (required)\nBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus\nMust be able to work year-round throughout Los Angeles County\nMust pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the U.S.\nPerks & Benefits:\nCompetitive pay: $35/hour- $45/hour\nBonus opportunities for Foremen who exceed project goals\n401(k) retirement plan\nEmployer contribution toward medical and dental insurance\nVision Insurance\nPaid time off and referral program\nPaid training and leadership development\nStability and growth: 30+ years in business and still expanding, Year-round work\nClear path for career development and internal promotion\nReal opportunities for promotion and career growth\nSchedule:\nMonday to Friday\nDay shift (8-hour shifts)\nSome weekend work may be required\nWork Location:\nMultiple job sites across Los Angeles County\nField-based position – must be able to travel daily\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nAlpha Structural is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
